Love lift us up where we belong

Where the eagles cry

On a mountain high.

Love lift us up where we belong

Far from the world below

Up where the clear winds blow

Joe Cocker - Up Where We Belong

Who has never dreamed to fly high and see the world from a new perspective? To elevate ourselves vertically, then drift close to mountains and lakes, watching from great heights life flowing neurotically from a distant place… That’s what we’ve done with our drone filming, crossing the line that separates the earth from the air and capturing the world from a different point of view. And what an amazing point of view! We’ve shot hours of landscapes with Ultimadrone, from the tallest mountains in Europe to the bluest seas, from the ancient castles to the latest of the skyscrapers! Most of these shots were converted in mounted videos, which show the beauty of the place we live from a distant perspective, where human view becomes a detail and we can see the landscapes as a bigger picture.

"I believe everyone should have a broad picture of how the universe operates and our place in it. It is a basic human desire, and it also puts our worries in perspective.”

Stephen Hawkins

Perspective, points of view, focus... all these topics has been considered and studied in science and arts as necessary to understand beauty and the world. They give us a total draw of reality and isolate the superfluous. Furthermore they give us different ideas enlarging our view. Flying away from our restricted sight and getting closer to a target give us a new knowledge and show things we couldn’t imagine without experience. That’s why our drone videos offer such different views of the world, of places you may not see live and probably not from that angle!

To do so, we mounted on our DJI Inspire 2 drone a stabilizer, so images could be seen clearly and details could be spotted. We’ve added an Ultimadrone Propeller Fix Kit to reduce vibrations and rattling during flight, while an Ultimadrone Rotor Fix Kit prevented motor detachment and rotation. Thanks to these two simple ideas, we can get the most from our new point of view with no loss in quality.

Now it’s time to fly higher, and learn from birds a new perspective! Who knows that one day we can stop thinking vertically, and learn the stars point of view?
